This exchange policy is effective as of July 2025.
If you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date you received your order.
If you would like to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition with no signs of use. It must be in the same condition you received it in, and the item must be in its original packaging.
Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange. You will receive an email from us with the necessary information to complete the exchange.
If you've changed your mind, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date you received it.
Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will be refunded within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when you made the purchase on our online store. There will be no additional cost to you to receive the refund.
According to Brazilian law, in the case of items with a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when you made the purchase. There will be no additional cost to you to receive the refund.
As established by consumer law, the shipping costs for returns due to change of mind or manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
After you submit your exchange or return request, you will receive a shipping authorization code via email and must drop off the merchandise at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest you use the same packaging you received your order in (if it's not damaged) or an adequate box that will protect the items during shipping.
