This refund policy is effective as of July 2025.
If you are not satisfied with your product or have changed your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order at your address.
To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to you for the refund.
In accordance with Brazilian law, if an item has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to request a return within 30 days from the date you received the order at your address.
To request a return for a defective item, please send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and information about the manufacturing defect (including a description with photos or videos). We will analyze your case within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional cost to you for the refund.
Following the guidelines of consumer protection laws, the shipping costs for returns due to dissatisfaction or for items with manufacturing defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.
You will receive a shipping authorization code via email after you request a return. You must then drop off the package at a Correios (Brazilian Post Office) branch. We do not cover the cost of packaging, so we suggest you use the same packaging you received your purchase in (if it's not damaged) or an appropriate box that will protect the items during transit.
